Tri-R and Steve came to our rescue after an ongoing horror story of an experience with a previous contractor beginning in December 2016 and eventually he never turned up after taking our money. The bathroom was only 20% completed when Steve took over inheriting a host of problems. Steve brought a level of professionalism and customer service you rarely see these days which was refreshing. His presentation and pre job walk through was excellent! Which ensured a smooth problem free experience with outstanding results in roughly a week. His crew are customer service driven ensuring good communication and the forman Clifton is an outstanding Craftsman who always tries to think outside the box and anticipate. AA+++ Excellent!!

Steve and Chris worked very hard to create a bathroom that exceeded our expectations. Out of all the quotes we received, Tri R's was the most thorough and they helped us to rework a tricky doorway. They helped us design the space and they worked quickly and cleanly to finish the job. We were amazed at how fast the job was completed even with some of the set backs with working in an old home. We highly recommend them to others!

Project: Remodel a Bathroom

We turned a first floor 1/2 bath into a 3/4 bath with a shower. We had to knock down a wall to a closet to make this happen. We had an idea of what we wanted and what we wanted to spend. Steve was the only one to explain every detail, especially the ones we did not think of. He suggested changes/upgrades that not only made this a functional bathroom, but made it the nicest bathroom in the house! We now have plans to remodel the master bath. We have already gotten an estimate and plans from Steve to do so! When we are ready, Tri-R has the job! As for quality of work and installation, both Chris and Steve exemplify the word QUALITY. The work was flawless from the demolition, re-plumping, re-wiring, to finishing. The tile on the floors and in the shower (Steve's suggestion) make the bathroom stand out! Very hard working, very professional, very detail oriented. I can't think of a single item I would change or do differently. Steve also fixed some dry wall in my basement as well as installed a new storm door onto the front of my house for me at no additional cost. Always going the extra mile to please the customer! Estimates were spot on and they were up front with any additional costs that may occur due to what they found behind the walls prior to demolition (plumbing, duct work, electrical, etc.). They painted both the interior of the bathroom and the exterior hall wall (where there once was the door to our closet they expanded the bathroom into). You can not tell there was a door there at all. Overall, extremely happy with the work! It is by far the nicest bathroom in the house! Steve and Chris - Thank you for all your hard work and step by step, day by day, explanation of your work. The communication was excellent and as a result, there were no surprises except how well my new bathroom looks. They both EXCEEDED by expectations! Thanks, and see you again when we do our next remodel!
